A prominent Russian scholar and Iran’s master manipulator, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, have made shocking accusations that that the US and Europe are developing climate changing capabilities. However, with floods throughout our mid-west and political storms in the Middle-East, it looks from here that the US has little control over any kind of climate change.
Why would the US want millions more starving people at its gates? We only take the poor, tempest-tossed huddled masses seeking freedom. Clearly, having run out of ways to demonize the US, the process has taken an unusual turn. To augment these charges, Ahmadinejad has uncovered alleged CIA spies – 30 or so of them.

Two wack-jobs in the same pea pod
One Russian and one well known looney who claims he’s the president of Iran. Well dear comrades, must tell you this is all true. Yes very true! Yes we who are the Great Satan of the USA have struck again in a global attack with our climate machine!! And just so no one would catch onto our little attack we covered up our heinous actions by flooding the Mississippi, causing droughts, etc etc etc. in our own country. Aren’t we sly? 
Now we are safe unless Aba ass i niner (or what ever his name is in Iran) figures out that we just launched a climate attack on his palatial gardens in Tehran and that is why his pansies are dying. Please no one tell. Must be very secret…shhhhhh…..

Wasn’t it China that last used climate changing technology to stop it raining on the Beijing Olympics?

But aren’t we missing a trick here? Let’s allow someone to leak/smuggle this incredible climate changing weapon to Tehran for a tidy sum. If they’re willing to believe in it, they might be willing to pay for it. And these days, every little helps.
