The US Department of Homeland Security has issued a terror watch for the Texas/Mexico border. Of course, the horse has already left the barn.
Security experts tell FOXNews.com that the influx of hundreds of Somalis over the U.S. border who allegedly have ties to suspected terror cells is evidence of a porous and unsecured border being exploited by groups intent on wrecking deadly havoc on American soil.
The DHS alert was issued to police and sheriff’s deputies in Houston, asking them to keep their eyes open for a Somali man named Mohamed Ali who is believed to be in Mexico preparing to make the illegal crossing into Texas. Officials believe Ali has ties to Al Shabaab, a Somali terrorist organization aligned with Al Qaeda, said Joan Neuhaus Schaan, the homeland security and terrorism fellow at Rice University’s Baker Institute, who has seen the alert.
In another instance of border breach, we learn about fugitives from Somalia already at large in our country:
n a separate case, Anthony Joseph Tracy, of Virginia, who admitted to having ties to Al Shabaab, is currently being prosecuted for his alleged role in an international ring that illegally brought more than 200 Somalis across the Mexican border. Prosecutors say Tracy used his Kenya-based travel business as a cover to fraudulently obtain Cuban travel documents for the Somalis. The smuggled Somalis are believed to have spread out across the United States and remain mostly at large, court records show. Somalis are classified by border and immigration officials as “special interest” — illegal immigrants who get caught trying to cross the Mexican border into the U.S. who come from countries that are considered a high threat to the U.S., Neuhaus Schaan explained.
“Special interest”? Wouldn’t Mexicans without papers be of “special interest” especially in light of the following bit of news:
Mexican smugglers are coaching some Middle Eastern immigrants before they cross the border – schooling them on how to dress and giving them phrases to help them look and sound like Latinos, law enforcement sources told FoxNews.com.
We haven’t got a prayer of catching anyone who comes through our southern border with Mexico. We are busy fighting each other over who to stop and who not to stop. And who will be brave enough to go up to a Somali posing as a Mexican and say “Ah Ha! and ask for papers?

I live just south of Ft. Worth, and I can tell you, illegals flow into Texas as freely as anyone. The border towns have countless adults walking their children living in Mexico, into Texas to attend school, get free meals, and at the end of the day walk them back home into Mexico. And governor Perry allows this. It’s ridiculous.

Of course. He wouldn’t want a death threat placed upon his head. And of course the Bush clan is all for it. Feel sorry for these people, really. They have such a difficult time figuring out how to work our system yet stay within their culture and their country of origin. But you know, there are underground organizations that I am sure exist to school them. After all, this was their land first. OK if it was and we gave it back, no more benefits, OK. No, they would claim them again. This is a global movement of workers, etc. that want world government and freedom to go anywhere. And guess who is another world government fan? You guessed it, the Pretender-on-Chief.
I know you have a BIG problem there – BIG. Do people get out to be vocal about what the governor is doing?

Here’s a site you may find interesting. It’s very exhaustive, and I don’t find all of it credible. However there is quite a bit of factual information there.

Yes, there seems to be some protesting about what gov. Perry does. Personally, I think he’s going to make a run for the presidency.
