Regarding current leaks from the Rod Blagojevich trial, a must read will be Professor Jacobson’s post today at legalinsurrection.com, “My Blago’s Back, Is Obama gonna be in trouble”? It summarizes current misdeeds of the Wicked White House – including those of the Wicked Warlock himself. Former Michigan Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s attorneys have asked the judge to call the President to testify based on these leaks.
There are also references to countless previous discussions of Blago on the blog. I’d write about this myself were it not for the fact that it has been done better here than anywhere by an esteemed legal eagle. I yield to the Professor. Look for my comments there.
